“All my life I thought I wanted to be a doctor, just like
my parents. But now that I finally have to choose a major, I’m realizing
that I’m not sure what I want anymore. I’m interested in a lot of things,
but nothing in particular stands out for me. My friends seem to know exactly what they want to do,
and it makes me feel panicky. Why haven’t I figured it all out yet? Is there something wrong
with me? Can I talk through my worries with someone at SCRS?”
WHAT SCRS CAN DO:
- Help you talk through your concerns about taking a path that’s different from what’s been expected of you
- Help you realize that it’s normal not to know exactly what you want to do with your life at this stage
- Provide you with support while you try to figure out where your interests really lie

confidentiality policy that is outlined our Policies section.
