Thank you for your interest in the collection.

If you do not provide mental health services yourself, simply include a link to http://counseling.uchicago.edu/vpc/virtulets.html on your web site.
Please use a link to instead of a copy of the file. If you link, you always get the most recent version of the collection. If you copy, your version may become out-of-date. This is why the collection itself uses links.
If you do provide mental health services yourself:
Make copies of both http://counseling.uchicago.edu/vpc/index.html and http://counseling.uchicago.edu/vpc/local.html.
Edit local.html to customize it to your setting. Please keep it short to leave as much room as possible for the virtual pamphlets themselves. Please also keep the specified background to maintain a consistent look.
Include a link to your copy of vpc.html on your web site.
vpc.html is a page that's composed of two other pages: virtulets.html, the actual list of virtual pamphlets, and local.html, the information about local services. vpc.html is set up to refer to the local.html that's on the same server, but the virtulets.html on my server. Thus:
You need a copy of vpc.html, even though you do not alter it, to have your copy of local.html accessed.
You automatically use a link to instead of a copy of virtulets.html. If you link, you always get the most recent version of the collection. If you copy, your version may become out-of-date. This is why the collection itself uses links.
Please note that the first method does not use "frames", but the second does.

This new, semi-automated system should make it much easier for me to keep the collection up to date. Use this form to submit your virtual pamphlet, and I should be able to add it right away. Thanks!
To distribute a virtual pamphlet, link to it instead of copying it onto your site. If you link, you always get the most recent version of the pamphlet. If you copy, your version may become out-of-date. This is the main reason the collection itself uses links.
To distribute an actual (printed-out) pamphlet, contact the center that developed it and ask for their permission. Distributing it without their permission would probably be a copyright violation. This is another reason the collection itself uses links. For more copyright information, see Mental Health Links.
The authors will probably be tickled pink that you like their pamphlets so much, anyway!
