Stress Management
Although a certain amount of stress in life is normal and healthy, when the sum or intensity of our stressors overpower our ability to cope, we are at risk for developing physical and mental health issues. To maximize our state of wellness, it helps to understand what stress is, how we personally manifest it and effective ways to cope with it. SCRS offers workshops, events and resources to help students address these issues and to make the most of their academic and campus life.
