Mindfulness Meditation Workshop

Mindfulness is moment-to-moment, non-judgmental awareness, cultivated by paying attention. Mindfulness arises naturally out of living and can be strengthened through practice. Sometimes this practice is called meditation. Learn more about this powerful way of managing stress by getting in touch with what is bountiful in your life. This workshop is offered 3 times during Autumn Quarter.  Each workshop section meets 3 consecutive weeks and includes instruction and practice of mindfulness meditation techniques. 

Day and Time:  Wednesdays 2:00-3:00 pm

Location:  Chancel/altar area of Rockefeller Chapel

Section 105:  10/7/09; 10/14/09; 10/21/09

Section 106:  *11/4/09; 11/11/09; 11/18/09

Section 107:  11/25/09; 12/02/09; 12/09/09

*the first session on 11/4/09 will meet at the South Lounge of the
  Reynold's club due to flood problems at Rockefeller.

Ongoing Mindfulness Meditation:

For students who want to practice mindfulness with a group each week

Q & A time at end to enhance practice. Drop in format.
