 How are we doing? 

Student Counseling started a pilot patient satisfaction survey on April 22, 2013.  Each student who visits the SCS (and has consented to being contacted via email) is invited to complete a patient satisfaction survey via a survey link in an email message.  The respondents are anonymous and the information they provide will be used to evaluate and improve our services.  We will spend time in the summer of 2013 reviewing the survey process and results and we plan to launch an ongoing patient satisfaction survey beginning in fall quarter 2013.
