Basic Study Skills for College First Years
This workshop will review and discuss strategies to help first year University of Chicago college students use their study time most effectively as they adjust to the quarter system and to college life.

Smart Tips and Study Strategies for College Students
This workshop is for University of Chicago college students who are interested in sharing study strategies that have worked for them and learning new ones that have worked for others. Clinical Psychologist Anne Brody, the director of the Academic Skills Assessment Program (ASAP) will facilitate discussion and offer suggestions that help busy students better manage their time and achieve academic success.

ASAP Open Time For College Students
Join other students and one of the Academic Skills Assessment Program (ASAP) academic coaches in discussion about managing time, maintaining motivation, improved concentration, effective reading or whatever academic challenges you are currently struggling with!!

For Graduate Students:
Overcoming Writers Block for Graduate Students
This workshop is for graduate students who are struggling with writing and feel blocked. The focus of the workshop is on the ways in which anxiety about writing can make it difficult to concentration and effectively generate ideas as well as the ways that outside worries can distract and interfere with productivity. Strategies will be offered that can facilitate more productive work. There will be opportunity for participants to ask questions and discuss specific concerns so that individual needs can be addressed as well as general principals.

Managing Procrastination for Graduate Students
This workshop will help University of Chicago graduate students better understand why they procrastinate and offer strategies that will help!
