Making An Appointment
You can schedule an appointment by calling x 2-9800 ((773) 702-9800) between 8:30am and 4:45pm every weekday. A front desk staff member will help you schedule a time to meet with an intake counselor. Most often, appointments can be arranged within the next few days.
Students with physical disabilities should inform the receptionist when calling for an intake appointment. Arrangements will be made for the student to be seen in a physically accessible location.
